President
Michael Propst
Mr. Propst has more than 12 years of experience in environmental and related areas in the private and public sector industries. Many of his duties involve finding projects, lining up work, quoting, filling out profiles, getting personnel and equipment to projects, and completing projects in a safe and timely manner. He also operates equipment, participates in planning, filling out reports, and many times actually suits up and gets dirty. Mr. Propst is fully trained and certified in the operation of bulldozers, rollers, excavators, front-end loaders, backhoes, truck mounted cranes, bobcats and dump trucks.

Vice President / Office Manager
Kathryn (Kady) Costine
Kady Costine holds the dual roles of Vice President and Office Manager, where she’s central to our company’s achievements. As Vice President, she’s deeply involved in shaping our future, collaborating with the leadership team on important company decisions.
In her Office Manager and Project Assistant duties, Kady manages a broad range of tasks that support our team and keep our operations smooth. She connects our technical staff, handling everything from human resources and payroll to invoicing and procurement. Kady is also responsible for creating Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Manifests for truck runs, using EnviroWare Software, and ensuring everything is properly labeled.
With a strong educational background from the University of South Florida, Kady is skilled in using the Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, communication tools, and virtual meeting platforms. These skills help her perform her diverse duties efficiently.
Additionally, Kady looks after our facilities, making sure our workspace is optimal for everyone. She also oversees accounts payable, playing a crucial role in our financial health. Kady’s work is key to our growth and ongoing success.

Operations Manager
Darryl Alderman
Mr. Alderman brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanics and an additional 8 years in logistics to his role. His responsibilities include planning the work schedule for all tasks, providing quotes, and overseeing staff and equipment to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Darryl also gets directly involved by operating equipment such as vacuum trucks, jetters, oil recovery trucks, and roll-off trucks, in addition to overseeing the preventive maintenance program.
His qualifications include:
